We will not be having a MO Soccer Awards Banquet for the 2023 season. However, we wanted to give the boys (and any girl who didn't get to order in the summer) an opportunity to purchase awards (plaques and shirts), so we are trying a method to help players receive the awards. There is a small window in which to do this...once it closes, it's done. We appreciate your patience/understanding on this as we try to accommodate everyone as best we can. Each plaque will have the player name and school (and award type) on them. The T-shirts are the "soft" kind - see design and color below.
DEADLINE TO ORDER SHIRTS IS DEC. 11. Plaques can be ordered through Dec. 15.
There are 3 Options:
1) Option 1 is to have the awards and shirts mailed to a school OR home for individual or multiple orders. We can bundle multiple orders and ship to a school for lower shipping costs.
2) Option 2 (mainly for those in the Springfield area) is to have the plaques/shirts picked up at Collegiate Awards, 2452 N Mayfair Ave Springfield, MO 65803. There is a $3 shipping/handling fee charge for this. You will just have to designate on the form below who will be picking the awards up.
3) Option 3 (for those in Columbia) is for arrangements to be made for a pickup/meet or dropped at a local school if it works for us. There is a $3 shipping/handling fee charge for this.**Please designate on the form if this is something you'd like to arrange. Otherwise, please use the standard shipping costs.
NOTE: You must use the Registration form below. Check, Venmo, PayPal and Credit Card are available and once payment is received, the order will be placed. No payment prior to December 17 means that your order will NOT go through. Shipment date is early January.
