Brine Partnership

 

As a corporate partner of the Missouri High School Soccer Coaches Association (MHSSCA), Brine will provide the following goods and services for the four year term of the agreement from February 1, 2012 through June 30, 2016:

 

·         Annually, a $1,000 cash payment to be used for student-athlete scholarships awarded by the MSHSSCA. Award criteria and decisions on recipients to be made by the MHSSCA. Payment to be made to the MSHSSCA by October 15 of each year of the agreement.

 

·         Annually, a rebate of $2.00 for every Brine Championship, Championship Gold, and King 600X soccer ball purchased by its members or their schools through Brine authorized retailers (Soccer Master, Johnny Mac’s, Nill Brothers, Eurosport). Funds generated by the rebate are designated to be used in the funding of scholarships for student athletes. Proofs of purchases to be submitted to Brine by January 31 of each year and rebate to be paid by Brine by February 28 of each year of the agreement.

 

·         Annually, a rebate of $1.00 for every Brine Phantom and Trident soccer ball purchased by members or their schools through Brine authorized retailers. Funds generated by the rebate are designated to be used in the funding of scholarships for student athletes. Proofs of purchases to be submitted to Brine by January 31 of each year and rebate to be paid by Brine by February 28 of each year of the agreement.

 

·         Annually, a quantity of twenty-four (24) Brine Championship soccer balls for use in end of season all-star games sponsored by the MSHSSCA; twelve (12) each for the boys and girls. Balls to be provided to the MSHSSCA by May 1 of each year of the agreement.

 

·         Annually, a quantity of fifty (50) Susan G. Komen for the cure Championship Balls made available for use by member schools in Breast Cancer Awareness fund-raising games played; twenty-five (25) for the boys and twenty-five (25) for the girls. Balls to be provided to the MSHSSCA by March 1 for the girls and September 1 for the boys in each year of the contract.

 

·         Ball purchase packages for members of “1 free with the purchase of 10” and “3 free with purchase of 20” on all NFHS approved balls purchased through Brine authorized retailer.

 

·         Shin guard and GK glove package for members. Purchase 15 pairs of guards and 2 pairs of gloves and receive 1 free match ball of their choice.
